I recently met some new friends in Colombia and we decided to take a trip up Monserrate... it's a very large mountain with a Church sitting on the very top. The hike only took a little over one hour with a few breaks here and there. It was a groovy way to spend Labor Day. I must say, if you catch the mountain on the right day with the right weather.... the view is stunning. I hope you enjoy looking at this gem that Bogota has in her backyard.
