Kevin's thought: Whats On Your Bucket List Mine, Part 1

Ya know ... life is way to short and it should be filled with things we enjoy, giving to others, doing something significant to make a difference, happiness, forgiveness, and epic plans...

I wanted to make a post about some of my short and long term goals... some of the things I really want to accomplish & some epic plans with some groovy family / friends

* if you think about it... how much time do we waste sitting on the couch watching TV, sleeping, or on facebook with nothing else to do each month / year *

why not put *some, if not most* of that time towards something positive ?

Here is my bucket list as of now :

- Some of my significant / long term goals -

- Using the enclosed trailer I bought a couple of years ago... I want to deliver food (that i've made) to people who need it in at least one county in every state on the east coast (just being realistic)

- I want to volunteer at an elderly shelter once I have enough free time

- I want to take up donations of clothes, canned goods, water and crafts and send to the world's poorest country

- I would love to start some type of help program that gives back to the community I grew up in...

whether it be cleaning up, volunteering at schools, donating books, or starting a safe shelter for animals

- Some of the things I want to accomplish -

- I want to walk across the Mackinac bridge in Ohio with Mary and Kathy Sanderson

Becoming a DiveMaster / Instructor is is a short term goal of mine. I recently found out that the GI Bill will cover the entire cost... stay tuned east coast !

One of my biggest "personal" goals is to one day open up my own dive shop / cafe ... i'm reaching way out for this, but I would love for this dream to come true
